Case Study 1: A Mourning Property in Coastal Victoria.

In the realm of energy healing, every session is a journey into the unknown, a realm where the subtle forces of the universe come alive.

During one such client healing session, something extraordinary occurred - an entity, an energy, arrived, seeking to communicate through vivid imagery of my client's home.

In 2020, I was in the middle of a client healing session when I could sense another energy presenting itself. To my knowledge at the time, this occurance was not possible when working with clients, due to the protection and soul-sovereign laws in place with this type of work. But little did I know that a sacred land energy (introduced to me later as 'The Essence of The Land') did have such permissions to connect with their human custodians in times of urgency. And this was one of those times.

I began seeing visual imagery of a home with a large tree, and felt great sorrow. I could feel that this energy was connected to my client. I then advised her that I had been intercepted by the energy of her property, and sought her permission to allow and respond to the transmission.

As I tuned into the energy of the client's home a little more, a profound sadness enveloped me. The 'EOTL' revealed that the property was on the market for sale, and it carried deep sorrow about this impending departure. It did not want this family to leave, and its sentiments were palpable.

Once my client’s healing was complete, I agreed to spend time with this sacred land energy at a more appropriate time, and we scheduled a land and property healing.

Intrigued by the EOTL's strong presence, I later returned to facilitate connection with the EOTL. I began writing my notes, eager to understand the intricate connection between the property and its current owners.

These tasks were designed not only to honour the land but also to facilitate a seamless transition for the new owners. The 'EOTL' had a clear vision - a new family would soon take over the property, and it was essential that they felt the same sense of connection and love for the land.

Specifics, such as having young children and similar values, as well as confirming the desired sale price, were established to ensure the property would find its rightful owners effortlessly.

The negotiations were a testament to the profound connection between the land and its inhabitants. The family, guided by a deep reverence for the land, embraced the tasks with open hearts.

They understood that they were not merely selling a property; they were passing on a legacy, a piece of their souls embedded in the very soil of the land.

A Blessing and a New Beginning.

As the negotiations concluded, a sense of peace settled over the property. The family, having fulfilled their end of the agreement, felt a profound release. They knew that they had honoured the land and its new chapter.

In the end, the family was blessed with a successful sale. The property seamlessly transitioned to its new owners, who were drawn to it as if by destiny.

The 'EOTL' had achieved its mission. The property had found new caretakers who would continue the legacy of love, care, and regeneration.

This remarkable journey demonstrates the profound connection between energy healing, sacred land energies and the world of real estate.

The Essence of the Land since then has taught me that properties have stories to tell and important missions to serve together. In the end, this family was blessed with a prompt and successful sale, and the property seamlessly transitioned to its beloved new owners.
