Awakening to Purpose: My Journey into Energy Healing and Spiritual Mentorship

In this era of profound spiritual expansion and self-discovery, I'm inspired to share a glimpse of my awakening journey. If you're currently questioning your life's purpose or yearning for a deeper, spiritual connection, I hope this post brings some hope and comfort.

Before my awakening, I yearned to find my purpose. I tirelessly searched for answers, yet the confirmation I sought remained elusive. All I knew was my desire to help people experience more ease and joy in their lives was strong.

In 2016, my life took a sudden turn when suffering a health scare. I transitioned from being the founder of a national skincare brand to becoming a healer and mentor with clients spanning the globe. What's intriguing is that I had never meditated, nor was I particularly spiritual.

I wasn't perfect or fully healed when the divine came tapping on my shoulder. Little did I realise that the health crisis I was facing was infact, a spiritual awakening.

Navigating the Spiritual Journey.

The spiritual journey can be a daunting and vulnerable period. You may feel confused, impatient, and tempted to seek external answers when you feel disconnected.

I was an action-oriented person, heavily reliant on research when my awakening commenced. I spent a lot of time in my mind. I was an over-thinker. However, an inexplicable longing for inner exploration and stillness began to consume me. Somehow I found myself surrendering and trusting my unfolding.

My Story...

In 2016, I was raising my three daughters by the sea, working over 50 hours a week for my organic skincare brand. My concept of spirituality revolved around the beauty of the ocean and pondering as I gazed into starry skies.

I was a skilled multitasker, operating in my mind and pushing myself relentlessly to accomplish tasks. Amidst my sixth year in skincare, a famous actress found, loved and promoted my products. It was a dream come true.

As I received an influx of emails and messages celebrating the success of my products, my sense of fulfilment grew. But then an inner calling I had been sensing became impossible to ignore.

A few months later, I made the unexpected decision to sell my business, despite the astonishment of friends and family. It felt like a moment of completion, even though it was exhilarating and terrifying.

A Shift in Focus.

Soon, I transitioned into freelance writing, primarily on the subject of soulful alignment - a topic that was emerging within me like a torrent. And upon my fortieth birthday, an onset of debilitating migraines followed.

My health concerns deepened as the days turned into weeks. Fears of a severe health issue began to haunt me. For months I feared I may have a brain tumour. So went for testing. Medical results were inconclusive. And then many months later, the migraines finally ceased.

I had newfound energy, and felt relieved. But one morning I woke to an unusual sight in my room. I was seeing thousands of sparkling circles, which sent me into a spiral of anxiety.

The Awakening.

I continued to see the sparkling circles everywhere. On one particular afternoon, I was filled with an overwhelming burst of energy, igniting my passion for writing again. As I began to write, warmth coursed through my body. My head tingled, and my heart pulsated.

I found myself channeling words from higher guidance, marking the start of my spiritual reconnection. Each day I would lie down, close my eyes and breathe gently. I would feel the warm energy move through my body, sometimes for hours.

I had no idea that this was me being healed. I was called to show up every day and allow this process. Over time, my vision improved, post-childbirth pain subsided, and I no longer needed prescription glasses.

In retrospect, I recalled my childhood ability to empathise with others' feelings by merely hearing them speak. I could feel in my body how people were feeling. But I was simply too young to understand, and eventually life became dominant over these gifts.

More mysterious occurrences followed, like unexpected resources arriving to me to aid my path. I soon began working at a naturopath clinic. News of my healing sessions travelled fast, which eventually led me to launch my private practice.

Since then, I've assisted over five thousand clients as an energy healer, medical intuitive, and spiritual mentor. I've worked more than 9000 clinic hours, receiving referrals from doctors and specialists in the medical field.

My story is a testament to the fact that we each have a specific purpose to fulfill in this life. And through this work, my clients have discovered the same.
